Cerid Lugar is a dedicated immigration attorney based in Roanoke, Virginia. She earned her B.S. in International Business Management (with honors) from Tiffin University before completing her J.D. at Liberty University School of Law in 2008, followed by postgraduate studies at the London School of Economics. Since being admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2008 and the Fourth Circuit in 2014, she has built a reputation for zealous advocacy and strategic advocacy for individuals and families navigating complex legal challenges.

Cerid founded the Roanoke Immigration Law Center (a natural extension of her commitment to client-centered representation), grounded in the belief that every person deserves competent and compassionate legal support.
